These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BriefForge ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Tez Turner as a sole proprietor in the United States. By purchasing or using our service, you agree to these Terms.
BriefForge produces a single deliverable: a custom 10-page branded PDF lead magnet, written and designed based on the intake form completed by you ("Customer") after purchase. The PDF includes a branded cover, a 1-page introduction, five 2-page chapters, a worksheet or checklist, and a closing call-to-action page. One revision round is included.
The flat price is USD $197 per PDF, charged once at the time of purchase through Stripe. We do not store payment card information directly.
We aim to deliver the finished PDF within 24 hours of receiving your completed intake form. In rare high-volume periods, delivery may take up to 48 hours. We will notify you in advance if delivery is delayed.
One revision round is included with every order. Revisions are limited to copy edits, structural adjustments, and visual fine-tuning within the original brief. Revisions that materially expand the scope of the original brief may incur additional fees, communicated to you before any work begins.
Because BriefForge is a custom digital deliverable created on demand, all sales are final once the finished PDF has been delivered to you. The revision round described above is included to ensure the finished asset meets your brief.
If you wish to cancel your order before submitting your intake form, or before we have begun production, email tez@getbriefforge.com and we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Once intake has been submitted and production has started, refunds are not available.
Upon delivery and full payment, you own all copyright and usage rights to the final PDF and may reproduce, distribute, modify, and use it commercially without restriction. We retain the right to display anonymized excerpts in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.
You agree not to commission PDFs that contain hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, instructions for illegal activity, or content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that, in our sole judgment, falls into these categories. Refunds will be issued for any cancelled orders.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BriefForge's liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the PDF in question.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent version. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
