This Privacy Policy describes how BriefForge ("we", "us"), operated by Tez Turner, collects, uses, and protects your information.
What we collect
- Contact details. Your name and email address provided at checkout and on the intake form.
- Project details. The topic, audience, brand color, voice, and any reference URLs you share through the intake form.
- Payment data. Billing details processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full payment card number.
- Website analytics. Anonymized traffic data (page views, referrer) collected by standard web logs. No personal tracking cookies are set by us.
How we use it
- To produce and deliver the PDF you ordered.
- To send order confirmations, intake forms, delivery emails, and follow-up support messages.
- To process cancellations and respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
Who we share with
We share only the minimum information necessary with the following service providers:
- Stripe. Payment processing.
- Zoho Mail. Email delivery.
- Anthropic. AI-assisted research and writing for your PDF. Only the project details you submit are shared.
- Firecrawl. Limited URL scraping for research grounded on URLs you provide.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
How long we keep it
Order records and delivered PDFs are retained for 24 months for support purposes. Email correspondence is retained for 12 months. You may request earlier deletion at any time by emailing tez@getbriefforge.com.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data at any time. Email tez@getbriefforge.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
BriefForge is a B2B service for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version.
